We quality check all our work, but it is the client's responsibility to proofread all completed and returned work. In the unlikely event an error is made, Dictatum Transcription Services will amend at no cost to the client.

Confidentiality
All information provided to Dictatum Transcription Services shall be kept completely confidential and your details will not be shared with third parties. An Agreement for Services, a copy of which can be provided to you upon request, will be sent to the client before commencement of work for execution by both the client and Dictatum Transcription Services.

Data Security
All audio files are uploaded via a private link sent to you to ensuring the confidentiality of your audio files. Audio files are deleted immediately after they have been downloaded from the website and deleted once transcribed. We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to our site, and we review and update our security measures regularly. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. However, we will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information you may transmit to us or from our online products and services. Once we do receive your transmission, we will also make our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems. In addition, our employees and the contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us. However, we will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to your personal information.
